Message **first a disclaimer. I'm typing anything and everything that comes to my head so at times it may sound like i'm rambling =). The most important feature in my post is that i get my refund that i have been waiting for.

Ok I wont get to in depth with me and georges business because well its our business. But the truth is george, you still owe me $150-200 depending on what the reciept appears to look like. I sent an email earlier this monring and left work at 3 and still no response. We set the argreement to Jan. you would pay. Its Jan and no money. Ok now please write the check to me and send it ASAP, i need the money. I held my end by not calling about it 24/7, in fact i laid back until now. I gave you about 1.5months. Everything else is irrelevant except for the refund, so dont bring other shit into this. The fact is though i was in shop to witness more then half of all these issues people are talking about.

First we start with Kevn: Drops motor off for rebuild. George says it will be ready on this certain saturday. This Kevin fellow drives up from Savanah GA to pick it up saturday. George turns around and tells him he hasnt touched it yet. 3 weeks later i'm back in shop and i see Kevin is back. Well i go back and they are putting hte engine back together. BOTH customer and George at 12 midnight. So that saturday turned into a month long deal.

Next case: This car in question now (silver car). I showed up one night and this is when the guy called and said his dipstick broke. George laughed after they hung up the phone. Yes, laughed. WTF. Anyway. So i return a few weeks later to find the car in shop now and ready to be started. They start it, running on 5cyl. I left after a while of watching them work on it. Anyway I tend to believe the argument from Russell. It follows what i saw more then georges post.

Next case: This regards more around the reason why I left contact with george. He lied multiple times saying my clutch shipped and will be ready on X day. So X day i call. Nope the clutch didn't ship yet. WTF why lie and say it did? Ok so he says it will arrive on tuesday. So wed. i call, nope not here. OK i ask immmediatly for him to track it sense he wont send me a tracking number. Thursday around noon he says it will be here tuesday. I said thats not good enough, i need my car ASAP, i told him to put the old one back in. So thursday later he calls and says he can have the clutch friday. I said ok but the fact is apparently it was shipped thursday either if he was able to ship it overnight. So i pick the car up friday night. 3 weeks after i drop it off.

I witnessed a same instance with an Evo8 customer. Boost Solutions told the customer it shipped. A week later the customer did have it so he posted about his experience on the evo forums. That same day george overnights him a package bitching at everyone in the shop about that. So a week later and he still didn't have the package even shipped. He lied to that customer as well.

I'll finish on that note, and RE if something else comes to mind.

Kyle
